Top-up Service Compensation Policy

Effective Date: January 1, 2025

At KeyGold.gg (“we,” “our,” “us”), we are committed to providing professional, legal, and reliable top-up services. However, in rare cases, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays or errors. To protect our customers’ rights, we make the following compensation commitments:

 

1. Top-up Delays
Delay Duration Compensation Standard
1 hour – 2 hours 10% discount coupon
2 hours – 12 hours Gift package worth 15% of the order value
12 hours – 48 hours Gift package worth 50% of the order value
More than 48 hours Gift package equal to the full order value

 

2. Top-up Errors

If a top-up error occurs due to our operational mistake (such as topping up the wrong account or item), we will provide a free gift package equivalent to the incorrect top-up value. Customers may also choose either to request a refund or to have the correct item fulfilled.

 

3. Account Asset Loss

All our top-up channels are legitimate and stable. However, if your game account suffers asset loss directly due to our operational error, we will refund the full order amount and additionally provide a 5% discount coupon as compensation.

 

Additional Notes
  • This compensation policy applies only to issues caused by KeyGold.gg. It does not apply to delays or errors caused by game publisher maintenance, bans, special events, or customer actions.
  • Gift packages will be issued in the form of in-game items or equivalent digital goods, depending on the specific game.
  • Discount coupon validity and usage rules will be specified at the time of issuance.
