Redeem codes are the easiest way to claim free Candy, Pinballs and Tatari Capsules without spending. They matter most in the early chapters, when resource pressure is highest and a single Capsule can change your lineup.
Active Clash of Critters Codes
These codes are currently reported as working. Enter them in all lowercase — Clash of Critters codes are case-sensitive and every code released so far has been lowercase.

Of the two, welcomegift is the one to use first — the Rare Tatari Capsule is the single most valuable thing any code has handed out since launch, and it is the only current code that can meaningfully change your starting lineup rather than just topping up resources.
Copy and paste rather than typing. A trailing space copied along with the code produces the same error message as an expired code, which sends a lot of players chasing the wrong problem.
How to Redeem Clash of Critters Codes
The redemption option is buried a few menus deep, which is deliberate — it keeps bots from farming codes. Here is the exact path:
Launch Clash of Critters and tap the icon showing two people at the bottom-right of the main screen. This is the Friends/Social button — not a generic menu, which is why so many players miss it.
Tap the gear icon in the top-right corner of the panel that opens.
Scroll down until you find Redemption Code.
Paste the code in lowercase and tap Confirm.
Open your in-game mailbox to collect the rewards.
If you cannot find the Redemption Code option at all, you probably have not finished the tutorial yet. The redemption menu stays locked until the early tutorial is complete, so the option genuinely is not there — nothing is broken.
Rewards land in the mailbox rather than appearing on your main screen, so if Pinballs or Candy do not show up immediately, check there before assuming the redemption failed.
Why Your Clash of Critters Code Is Not Working
Work through these in order — the first two cover the large majority of failures:
The code expired. By far the most common cause. Check it against the expired list below before trying anything else.
Capitalization or a stray space. Codes are lowercase and case-sensitive. Copying from a webpage often drags an invisible trailing space with it — delete and repaste.
You already redeemed it. Each code works once per account, and a second attempt returns an error that looks identical to an invalid-code error.
The tutorial is not finished. If the Redemption Code option is missing entirely rather than rejecting your code, this is why.
The code is not valid for your server or region. Less common in this game than in most, but event codes tied to a regional campaign do exist.
A quick diagnostic: if every code on a list fails but the redemption field accepts your input normally, the list is stale rather than your account being broken. Given how long expired codes keep circulating on other sites, that is usually what has happened.
One more thing worth saying plainly: no code generator for this game exists. Codes are issued by Farlight Games and appear on official channels first. Any page promising hundreds of thousands of free Pinballs is running ads or harvesting account details, not giving away rewards.
Expired Clash of Critters Codes
These launch-period codes stopped working in June 2026. They still appear as active on a number of code lists, which is why so many players report them failing:

Both were generous launch codes — hellotatari in particular combined 4,000 Candy, three Capsules and 1,000 Pinballs, which is more than any code since. If you started playing at launch and never claimed them, that window has closed.
They cost nothing to test if you have ten seconds spare, but do not be surprised by an error, and do not judge the rest of this list by them.
What Clash of Critters Codes Give You
Clash of Critters codes are gift codes issued by Farlight Games that hand out in-game resources. Knowing what each item is actually worth helps you decide where to spend it:
Rare Tatari Capsules — the most valuable reward by a wide margin, and the only one that can change which critters you field.
Tatari Capsules — expand your collection. Useful, but the pull is random, so treat them as volume rather than a targeted upgrade.
Pinballs — tied to one of the game's main reward systems, and the closest thing codes give to a premium currency.
Candy — straight upgrade currency for Tatari. Plentiful, and worth the most on a young account.
Critters and bento boxes — occasional one-off rewards from event codes.
The game gets noticeably harder after Chapter 1, and positioning matters more than raw stats — tanks at the front, damage dealers at the back. That shapes how you should spend what codes give you: rather than spreading Candy across everything you own, put it into your main tank and your main damage dealer first. A narrow, well-fed lineup clears chapters that a wide, underlevelled one cannot.
Codes are not a substitute for smart team building. They are a way to reduce early resource pressure while you work out which critters you actually want to invest in.
Where New Codes Are Released
Farlight Games does not release codes on a schedule, but there are only two places they appear first:
The official Facebook page — codes turn up alongside milestone announcements and event tie-ins, mixed in with regular posts.
The official Discord server — usually the faster of the two, since the developer posts updates and runs giveaways there directly.
Codes cluster around milestones, events and updates, and the naming pattern so far suggests some are recurring rather than one-off — weeklygift in particular reads like a code that gets refreshed rather than retired, so it is worth retrying periodically even after it stops working once.
Beyond codes, do not overlook the chapter rewards. Clearing Chapter 1 alone grants a chest containing 1,000 Pinballs, 3 Purple Capsules, 10 Blue Capsules, a Frugling and a Cozy Nook — considerably more than either active code gives. If you are new, finishing Chapter 1 is a better use of your first hour than hunting for codes.
Beyond Codes: Getting More Pinballs
It is worth being honest about the maths. The two active codes together give 150 Pinballs and 10 Capsules — genuinely useful on a fresh account, and close to a rounding error once you are past the early chapters. Codes are a starting boost, not a progression strategy.
The free routes that actually compound are chapter rewards, daily tasks and Pinball reward systems. Work through those first — they will outpace anything codes hand out.
