WuWa Banners: Current & Next Banner, 3.7–3.8 Schedule & History

1. Current WuWa Banner — Version 3.7 Banner Schedule

Version 3.7 went live on September 30, 2026 at 11:00 (UTC+8). The current WuWa banner is Phase I, led by Hsin, the Moon Fox Sentinel of Mengzhou, with Chisa and Iuno reruns. On October 22, the next WuWa banner switches to Phase II, where Suoming debuts alongside Lucilla and Lynae reruns.

Kuro Games confirmed the full WuWa 3.7 banners lineup at the Version 3.7 Preview Special Broadcast on September 19. This update closes out the Xuanfang storyline in Mengzhou.

WuWa 3.7 Weapon Banners

The weapon banners run on the same dates as the character banners in each phase.

Hsin & Suoming at a Glance

• Hsin — 5-Star Electro / Rectifier. Hsin is the first playable Sentinel in Wuthering Waves, and she has two Resonance Modes. In Electro Flare mode, teammates stack Electro Flare on enemies and Hsin cashes those stacks in as the on-field DPS. In Unison mode, she plays a swap-heavy rotation built around Unison Response.
• Suoming — 5-Star Electro / Sword. Suoming is the Seal Master of the Ten Seals Covenant from Huating. She is a sub-DPS / support whose kit is built around Unison and Outro buffs that amplify Electro damage, which makes her Hsin's natural partner.
• Phase changeover times can differ slightly by server, so check the in-game Convene timer before you pull.

2. WuWa 3.8 Banners — Lily & Expected Release Date

The WuWa 3.8 banners are the next big question for anyone saving Astrite. Kuro Games opened Version 3.8 drip marketing on October 7, 2026 with Lily, a young perfumer caught up in the Federated Cities' Resonator War. The next day, Kuro confirmed that she is a 5-star Spectro Resonator who uses Pistols.

What We Know About WuWa Lily So Far

• Official: Lily's sharp sense of smell lets her craft brief, flower-scented dreams that soothe and heal the mind. She comes from the Federated Cities, which ties her to the New Federation storyline that is widely expected in Version 4.0.
• Not confirmed yet: her exact role, signature weapon and full kit. Leaks describe her as a healer / Unison support, which would fit Hsin and Suoming teams, but treat this as unconfirmed.
• Release date: Version 3.8 is expected around November 11, 2026, when Version 3.7 ends. Kuro has not announced the date yet. The 3.8 preview livestream, expected in late October, should confirm the full lineup.

3. WuWa Banner History — Version 3.0 to 3.7

Version 3.X has been one of the busiest stretches in the game's history:

• Version 3.0 opened the Lahai-Roi and Startorch Academy arc and introduced the Tune Rupture and Tune Strain mechanics.
• The second-anniversary update landed in 3.3.
• The Mengzhou: Land of Xuanfang arc began in 3.5.

Use this WuWa banner history to see when each Resonator debuted and when they last reran. That is the best way to judge how long a WuWa rerun might take.

3.X New Resonators in Release Order

Lynae → Mornye → Aemeath → Luuk Herssen → Sigrika → Hiyuki → Denia → Lucilla → Yangyang: Xuanling → Suisui → Qingxiao → Jingran → Hsin → Suoming, with Lily expected next in Version 3.8.

Special Convenes Worth Knowing

• Version 3.3 (2nd Anniversary): alongside Hiyuki and Denia, a limited selector Convene let players choose from six returning 5-star Resonators.
• Version 3.5: the Starpath Reverbs selector banners ran for the whole patch, featuring six Huanglong-era 1.0 Resonators and their signature weapons.
• Version 3.5 also introduced Yangyang: Xuanling, the first alternate playable form of a launch-roster character.

4. Cyberpunk: Edgerunners Collab — Separate Pity & Special Tides

Version 3.4, The Dream Not Dreamed, ran the Wuthering Waves × Cyberpunk: Edgerunners collaboration from June 8 to July 9, 2026. This shortened 32-day patch added the Somnoire: Night City area and Adam Smasher as a world boss.

How the Cyberpunk Collab Convene Works

• Dreamcatcher Tide — Collab Resonator Convene
• Shadowforge Tide — Collab Weapon Convene
• Illusive Coral — collab-exclusive exchange currency
• Regular Radiant Tide / Forging Tide cannot be used on the Cyberpunk collab banners.
• Collab Resonator pity is shared only between eligible banners in the same collaboration campaign. It is separate from regular Featured Resonator Convene pity.

Rebecca was more than a login reward. She had her own Rekindled Embers of Rage Collab Resonator Convene, and one copy could also be earned for free during the event.

As of October 2026, there is no official announcement of a Cyberpunk rerun. Claims that Lucy or Rebecca will "never return" are speculation, not official information.

5. WuWa Pity & Convene Rules — What Carries Over

Before planning around the WuWa banner schedule, it helps to know exactly how each Convene counts your pulls:

• Featured Resonator Convene: 0.8% base 5-star rate, with a 5-star guaranteed within 80 pulls. Your first 5-star is a 50/50 for the featured Resonator. If you lose it, your next 5-star is guaranteed to be featured.
• WuWa pity carries over between limited character banners, including across versions, until you obtain a 5-star. Unused pity from Hsin's banner moves into Suoming's banner, and from there into Lily's banner in Version 3.8.
• Featured Weapon Convene: tracked on its own separate counter. The 5-star you hit is always the featured weapon, so there is no 50/50.
• The Standard banner and collab banners each keep their own pity and never share progress with limited banners.

In the worst case, one limited Resonator costs 160 pulls and a signature weapon costs 80 pulls. At 160 Astrite per pull, securing Hsin, Suoming and Blooming Jadehaven could take up to 400 pulls, which is why it pays to decide early.

6. Should You Pull? Hsin, Suoming or Save for Lily

Version 3.X expanded several team archetypes instead of pushing a single Attribute, so no one Resonator is mandatory. Start from your roster and fill the role your team actually lacks.

Hsin or Suoming in 3.7?

If you need an Electro main DPS, Hsin is the priority. Her kit is complete at S0, and you can run her right away in an Electro Flare team such as Hsin + Electro Rover + Buling or Suisui.

Suoming is the partner Hsin's Unison mode is built around, so her value climbs sharply if you already own Hsin. If your budget only covers one, pull Hsin first and decide on Suoming before Phase II ends.

Pull Now or Save for WuWa 3.8?

If your account lacks a healer, or you plan to build a Unison team, Lily may be worth keeping Astrite for. Version 4.0 and the New Federation are also expected soon after 3.8, so skipping a rerun you do not need is often the smarter move.

Community reward breakdowns estimate roughly 106–113 free character pulls across Version 3.7. That covers one guaranteed 5-star, but usually not two.

Tune Rupture & Tune Strain Teams

Aemeath, Luuk Herssen, Denia, Lynae and Qingxiao all interact with the 3.X Tune mechanics in different ways. Qingxiao, for example, scales off teammates applying Tune Strain. Pick the Resonator that completes your rotation rather than collecting every Tune-related unit.

Top Up Only After Counting Free Pulls

First check your current pity, guarantee status, Astrite balance, event rewards and remaining free pulls. If there is still a gap before Suoming's banner closes on November 11 or Lily's banner opens, a WuWa top up on KeyGold can cover only the Lunites you actually need.
