AFK Journey Top Up: Buy Dragon Crystals for Less

Looking for a cheap, reliable AFK Journey top up? On KeyGold.gg you can buy AFK Journey Dragon Crystals below standard in-app prices and have them delivered straight into your own account. Every AFK Journey recharge is completed inside your account, so tier bonus crystals, Mithril Points and season event rewards are credited exactly as they would be for an in-game purchase — just at a lower price.

What Is AFK Journey?

AFK Journey — often called "AFK 2" by fans — is the open-world fantasy RPG from Lilith Games, published by Farlight Games, and the follow-up to AFK Arena. It brings the continent of Esperia to life in full 3D, mixing free exploration and puzzle-filled maps with tactical hex-grid battles, while keeping the idle progression that lets your heroes earn rewards even when you are offline. You can play on Android, iOS and PC, with progress shared across devices.

New Season: Veil of Memories

AFK Journey runs on roughly four-month seasons, each with a fresh storyline, new heroes and a new progression race. Season 8, Veil of Memories, launched on September 23, 2026, sending players to the Graveborn city of Novaris. The season introduces Senea, Thane, Aster and Estrilda, alongside the AFK Journey x Digimon Adventure crossover heroes. With so many banners competing for your pulls, a well-timed AFK Journey top up helps you secure the heroes you want before the season meta settles.

Six Factions, Six Classes

Heroes belong to six factions — Lightbearer, Mauler, Wilder, Graveborn, Celestial and Hypogean — and six combat classes. Faction synergy and grid positioning matter as much as raw power, and endgame modes such as Dream Realm, Supreme Arena, Honor Duel and Legend Trial all reward a deep, well-built roster rather than a single carry.

Is AFK Journey Free to Play?

Yes. AFK Journey is free to download, and every hero and mode can be reached without paying. Spending changes the pace: recruitment resources, upgrade materials and limited bundles arrive much faster, which matters most at the start of a new season when everyone is racing to build the same meta teams.

What Are Dragon Crystals in AFK Journey?

Dragon Crystals are AFK Journey's premium currency. Unlike Diamonds, which you earn steadily from stages, quests and idle rewards, Dragon Crystals can only be obtained by purchasing them. They unlock the game's paid content — limited bundles, hero skins and cosmetics — and every purchase also earns Mithril Points toward your VIP level.

Dragon Crystals vs Diamonds

	Dragon Crystals	Diamonds
How to get	Purchase only	Gameplay, events, codes
Mainly used for	Limited bundles, skins, cosmetics	Recruitment, shop items, daily costs
VIP progress	Yes — earns Mithril Points	No

Best Ways to Spend Dragon Crystals

Pop-up and season bundles — limited-time packs that often offer the best value per crystal, but disappear once the event or season rotates.
Stargaze bundles — a route to Stellar Crystals, the rare currency used to summon Celestial and Hypogean heroes.
Hero skins and cosmetics — optional, but a favourite for players who like to customise their roster.

Many players pair crystal purchases with the game's monthly offers — Esperia Monthly (Classic Gazette and Premium Gazette) and the Secret Travelogue battle pass — which pay out Diamonds, Invite Letters and Mithril Points over time. Mithril Points raise your VIP level, unlocking extra perks and rewards, which is why regular players keep a steady AFK Journey recharge habit instead of spending in one burst.

How to Get AFK Journey Dragon Crystals

There are three main ways to buy Dragon Crystals, and they don't cost the same:

In-app purchase — the most convenient, but App Store and Google Play pricing includes platform fees, and regional pricing means some players pay noticeably more for the same pack.
Official web store (PlutoMall) — adds a small crystal bonus on purchases, though the base price stays fixed.
KeyGold.gg AFK Journey top up — we complete the purchase inside your account at a discounted rate, so you keep every in-game reward while paying less.

Ordering takes about a minute: choose your Dragon Crystals package, enter your bound email, password and UID, and pay. The full steps are in the top-up instructions above.

Can You Get Dragon Crystals for Free?

No. Official AFK Journey codes reward Diamonds, Gold and Invite Letters, but never Dragon Crystals. Any site promising free Dragon Crystals or "crystal generators" is a scam and can put your account at risk.

Other Key Resources in AFK Journey
