Honkai: Star Rail’s Longest Version Ever! First-Ever Three Phase Banners Unveiled!

Honkai: Star Rail’s longest-running version is on the horizon! In Version 3.8, Trailblazers will head back to Penacony to retrieve the memories lost during the main storyline on this dreamlike planet. Spanning an unprecedented 8 weeks, Version 3.8 will run from December 17 to February 13. What’s more, it marks the first time the game has rolled out three consecutive character banners!

Three Phase Banner Details

Thanks to the extended version duration, Version 3.8 will feature three separate character banners with the following schedules and lineups:

Honkai: Star Rail’s Longest Version Ever! First-Ever Three Phase Banners Unveiled!

  • Phase 1 Banner (Dec 17 – Jan 7)
    The debut of the brand-new 5-star character The Dahlia, paired with the rerun of Firefly.

  • Phase 2 Banner (Jan 7 – Jan 28)
    Reruns of Fugue and Ling Sha.

  • Phase 3 Banner (Jan 28 – Feb 12)
    Reruns of Argenti and Sunday.

A key point to note: while the first two phases follow the standard 21-day runtime, the third phase is shortened to just 16 days！

Trailblazers aiming for any of these characters should plan their pulls wisely and manage their Stellar Jade reserves accordingly!

New Character Spotlight: The Dahlia

Constance, the all-new 5-star character known as The Dahlia, is set to make her grand entrance. She will guide Trailblazers in recovering the memories they left behind on Penacony.

Character Role & Abilities

The Dahlia is a Fire Nihility character, specializing as a sub-DPS and support within Break Effect teams.

  • Ultimate Skill: Applies a unique Weakness to enemies and reduces their DEF. When allies attack enemies in a Broken state, they trigger additional Super Break DMG, and The Dahlia will follow up with an extra attack.

  • Skill: Deploys a field that boosts allies’ Break Efficiency. Enemies within the field that are not in a Broken state will still take Super Break DMG.
