I. Core Mechanic – Understanding The Elation

微信图片_20260212141616_610_12.png

The Elation archetype revolves around a dual-resource system:

Laughter Points + Elation Gauge, culminating in a burst window called “Aha Moment.”

Core Loop

• The entire team shares Laughter Points
• Characters generate Elation Gauge via stat conversion
• Once filled, Aha Moment triggers
• All allies simultaneously unleash Elation abilities
• The team gains massive damage amplification

Conversion Roles

  • Yaoguang converts SPD into Elation Gauge

  • Sparxie converts ATK into Elation Gauge

Together, they accelerate the archetype’s ramp-up dramatically. If you want a clearer breakdown of how the full archetype functions beyond these two units, check Elation Core Guide.

Current Evaluation

• High theoretical ceiling
• Roster still incomplete
• Strong synergy dependency
• Best performance when both units are paired

The archetype shows strong potential but is clearly still mid-development.

II. Yaoguang + Sparxie Comprehensive Evaluation

Yaoguang – Core Elation Support

Path: The Elation
Element: Physical
Role: Core Enabler / Universal Buffer

Yaoguang is the backbone of the Elation system and one of the strongest new support units in 4.0.

Strengths

• Ultimate directly triggers an additional Aha Moment
• Provides teamwide All-Type RES PEN
• Greatly accelerates team startup
• Can function outside pure Elation teams

She has virtually no major weaknesses.

Investment Value

• E0 is fully complete
• Signature Light Cone provides strong improvement (recommended 0+1)
• Eidolons are low priority

Meta sweet spot: E0S1

Build Tips

  1. Prioritize Speed

  2. Use Skill before Sparxie’s turn

  3. Time Ultimate right before Aha Moment

Light Cones

Best: Signature LC – “When She Decides to See”
Budget: 4★ “Mushroom Gugu Adventure”

Team Structure

Core: Yaoguang + Sparxie
Flex: Sustain + Utility/Buffer

She can also support Physical hypercarries outside Elation.

Sparxie – Elation Main DPS

Path: The Elation
Element: Fire
Role: SP-consuming Main DPS

Sparxie’s playstyle is simple:

Spend Skill Points → Deal direct damage + Elation damage → Burst during Aha Moment.

Performance Summary

• Balanced AoE and single-target
• Not best-in-slot for either
• Highly dependent on Yaoguang
• Feels incomplete alone

Investment Scaling

• E0 is usable
• E2 is a major spike
• Signature LC improves long-term flexibility

If you’re not committing to Elation, pull carefully.

Build Tips

  1. Spam Skill for consistent output

  2. Stack ATK + Elation scaling

  3. Use Ultimate after Aha Moment begins

Avoid over-investing in Speed — ATK matters more.

Light Cone Options

Best: Signature LC
Budget: High-ATK options such as “On the Fall of an Aeon”

Team Notes

• Must be paired with Yaoguang
• Strong sustain recommended
• Not advised as a standalone DPS

III. Pull Priority & Advice

微信图片_20260212131708_608_12.png

Pull Priority

  1. Yaoguang E0S1

  2. Sparxie E0 (only if you have Yaoguang)

  3. Sparxie E2 / Yaoguang E1

  4. Sparxie Signature LC (optional)

By Player Type

Meta players
Pull Yaoguang E0S1.
Skip Sparxie for now.

F2P / Low spenders
Pull Yaoguang E0 only.
Skip Sparxie.

Character lovers
E0 for both is enough.
No need to chase Eidolons or Light Cones.

Final Verdict

In Version 4.0, Yaoguang + Sparxie form the dual core of the Elation archetype.

Yaoguang is the high-priority, flexible investment.

Sparxie is synergy-locked and archetype-dependent. If you want the bigger picture behind why that kind of dependency matters more in 4.X, our 4.X structure guide breaks down how banner pacing, archetype maturity, and pull planning are evolving together.

Safe play: Pull Yaoguang.
Commit play: Build both.
Unsure: Wait.

Plan your Stellar Jade carefully — and enjoy 4.0.
