Beyond the Stridergate: A Montage Foreshadowing Across Space and Time

At the beginning of the PV, the Rover trudges alone through the blinding blizzard, tightly clutching that long-faded amulet. This confirms that the scene at the end of Version 3.1, where the Rover walks through the snowstorm, was actually a montage foreshadowing laid down by the developers spanning two full versions.

In the following shots, Aemeath is seen tightly gripping a cassette tape we are incredibly familiar with—this is the exact key item the Rover picked up from the fountain during the Version 2.8 storyline. At this moment, Aemeath finds herself inside a space resembling a hypercube. Combined with the plotline where the cassette tape "travels back to the past" to guide the Rover to Lahai-Roi, this design is a brilliant homage to the concept of transcending five-dimensional space-time from the classic sci-fi film Interstellar.

Furthermore, the typography design of the Version 3.3 title also hides a secret: the visual effects create an oppressive sensation resembling the opening of "Aleph-One"'s eye. The dialogue explicitly points out that once Aleph-One, a Threnodian, completely breaks free from its seal, not only Lahai-Roi but the entirety of Solaris will face catastrophic destruction. Coupled with the massive black hole slowly rising over the horizon, humanity's survival environment appears as insignificant as dust in the face of absolute cosmic power.

The Guardian in the Ice and Snow: The White-Haired Miko "Hiyuki"

Serving as the core combat power of Version 3.3, the white-haired miko on the snowfields, "Hiyuki", officially joins the battle. Not only can she wield her Sword to charge into enemy lines like a blade of ice, but she can also switch forms to set up long-range fire support. In her second form, after meeting specific conditions, she sculpts a giant ice tree out of snow and frost, delivering the most freezing ultimate strike to her enemies.

The PV showcases her core ideological dialogue, which profoundly echoes the philosophical imagery from Tagore's Stray Birds: "Let life be beautiful like summer flowers and death like autumn leaves." This is not only her understanding of life—fleeting yet fervent, cold yet resolute—but also hints at the heavy past she bears.

According to information revealed in the warm-up event, the other members of the Special Response Force have all perished in battle. To prevent further sacrifices, Hiyuki chose to shoulder the responsibility of guarding alone. Meanwhile, interlude story scenes show Hiyuki standing in a location resembling "Honami". Combined with the ending of the 2.8 storyline where the Rover loses their memory of watching the meteor shower, this strongly implies that the one secretly guarding from the shadows in Honami that night—aside from Aemeath's echo and the cassette tape—was Hiyuki.

The Counterfeit Dwarf Star: The True Identity of the Mysterious "Denia"

Following closely is the mysterious young girl, "Denia", who also possesses a dual-form mechanic. In her Convene animation, the new map area "Dimmr Plains" flashes in the background, hinting at her deep connection to this frozen tundra.

What draws attention is that Denia's entrance BGM is precisely the "Reverse Theme" she hums herself. Her aura on stage and behind the scenes is completely different, and the mark on her body shares the exact same location as Aemeath's—positioned just above the chest. Interestingly, during the CN Developer Livestream, the team explicitly dropped an exclusive lore hint: "Denia is connected to what lies on the other side of the Stridergate". This is a clever double entendre: pointing both to the massive threat of Aleph-One outside the Stridergate, and implicitly to Aemeath, who is currently trapped on the other side.

Denia's signature Rectifier weapon is named "Forged Dwarf Star". In the PV, the starry sky effect rising from the little bear's chest is an artistically tense homage to Van Gogh's masterpiece The Starry Night. Upon closer inspection, the pattern of that starry sky outlines the silhouette of Aleph-One. The term "Forged" not only refers to a counterfeit piece of art but strongly implies that Denia herself might be an "artificial product".

Combined with the PV dialogue, the Fractsidus attempts to reproduce the "fusion" miracle that occurred with Cartethyia—the combination of the two extreme powers of a Sentinel and a Threnodian. Paired with the experimental equipment shown in the new map, we can reasonably deduce: Denia is highly likely an "Artificial Threnodian Resonator" created by the Fractsidus using Aemeath's frequency. Furthermore, the PV also features a shot of the Overseer holding Phrolova's "Lycoris Baton", which seems to herald Phrolova's forceful return in the 3.3 storyline.

Exostrider Showdown and the Interception of Aleph-One

At the climax of the PV, the Rover aggressively deploys piloting the "Exostrider" mecha, passing through the Stridergate to reach Aemeath. However, Aleph-One dispatches a "Threnodian Exostrider" of equal specifications to intercept. The halo design on the head of the enemy unit carries a strong visual homage to Evangelion Unit-13 from Neon Genesis Evangelion (EVA).

Accompanied by Aemeath's emotionally charged dialogue, the screen flashes through a massive amount of story fragments: we will see Hiyuki assisting in unlocking the seal beneath the frostlands; the Fractsidus Overseer and Denia watching coldly from a mountaintop; and we will ultimately cross the rift, diving into the deepest parts of the Voidspace to engage in an epic mecha showdown against the Threnodian Exostrider.

Just as the Rover's firm declaration at the end of the PV shows: Even when facing Aleph-One in the abyss, we will absolutely not back down.
