Top-up Instructions

KeyGold buys Empire Stars and any in-game pack for your Lordrush account, below what the in-game store charges. Because we sign in and buy inside your account, we can reach the things a UID top-up cannot: limited-time gift packs, Monthly Cards, and the personalised offers that only appear in your own shop.

This is a login top-up. We sign in to your account to make the purchase, so we need your Google or Facebook login. That is what lets us buy any pack in your shop rather than just a fixed Empire Star amount. If you would rather not share a login, tell us in live chat and we will point you to the right option.

What to Prepare Before You Order

  • Your login method — Google or Facebook, whichever you actually use to open the game.
  • The account and password for that login, and your Lord ID so we can confirm we are on the right account before buying anything.
  • If you want a specific pack: a screenshot of it and its exact name as shown in game. Names matter — two bundles a row apart can look almost identical and contain completely different rewards.

Stay reachable after you pay. Google and Facebook sometimes send a verification prompt when we sign in from a new device, and the order waits until you pass it along. Send the code only through this order's chat, never anywhere else.

Where to Find Your Lord ID

  1. Open Lordrush.
  2. Tap your avatar in the top-left corner to open your profile panel.
  3. Your ID appears at the bottom of that panel. Screenshot it rather than typing it out — one wrong digit is the most common cause of a delayed order.

How It Works

  1. Choose your product and click Top Up Now.
  2. Complete the payment. We support major global payment methods plus local options in many countries.
  3. Send us your account details — plus the pack screenshot and name if you are after a specific bundle.
  4. We sign in, make the purchase, sign out and clear the login history. You get a notification, then log back in to confirm.

How Long Does It Take?

Most orders land in 5 to 30 minutes once we have everything. The clock starts when you send your details, not when you pay. Orders can run longer if a verification prompt appears and we are waiting on you for the code, or in the opening hours of a big event when the queue is busy.

Keeping Your Account Safe

  • Stay logged out while the order is processing. Logging in mid-order breaks the session and delays delivery.
  • Only send verification codes through this order's chat. Nobody legitimate will ask for one anywhere else, and no one should ever ask for your payment card details.
  • Change your password after delivery. We sign out and clear the login history on our side, but changing it closes the loop for good.

Paying in a currency other than your own? Your bank may add a conversion fee on top — that comes from them, not from us. If the pack you want is on a timer, tell us in chat before paying so we can confirm we will reach it in time.

Lordrush Top Up: Empire Stars & In-Game Packs

KeyGold tops up Empire Stars and any pack in your Lordrush shop, below the in-game price. Because we buy from inside your account, we reach the things a UID top-up cannot: personalised gift packs, Monthly Cards and event bundles that only exist in your own store.

Why Lords Top Up With KeyGold

  • You pay less than the in-game store charges, for the same items on the same account.
  • Any pack, not just Empire Stars. Send a screenshot of what you see in your shop and we buy that exact bundle — including offers that never appear on a fixed product list.
  • Every reward still counts. The purchase happens in your own account, so first-time bonuses, event progress and recharge milestones credit exactly as they would if you had paid full price yourself.
  • We sign out and clear the login history when the purchase is done, every time.
  • Live chat staffed 24/7 — a real person, before and after you order.

Empire Stars vs Gems: What's the Difference?

This trips up a lot of new Lords, because plenty of strategy games make Gems the thing you pay for. In Lordrush they are not. Gems are earned by playing — quests, events, alliance activity, chests — and they behave like any other in-game resource. You spend them on speed-ups, recruitment and the day-to-day upkeep of your fortress. What you cannot do with them is buy anything in the store.

Empire Stars are the recharge currency — the cash equivalent used in the official store, and the only thing gift packs, Monthly Cards, hero content, cosmetics and seasonal bundles are priced in. The rate is straightforward: 1 Empire Star is 1 US cent, so $1 gets you 100 Stars and $4.99 gets you 499.

So the two are not two tiers of the same thing, and no amount of Gems converts into Stars. Farming Gems keeps your queues moving; Stars are what open the store. Empire Stars are also bound to the account that bought them and cannot be moved between accounts — which is why a top-up has to happen on your own Lord ID rather than through a shared balance.

What to Spend Empire Stars On First

The rule that holds in every Century Games strategy title holds here too: buy the permanent things before the impressive-looking things. Anything that removes a bottleneck forever — an extra build slot, an extra march slot, a capacity unlock — compounds for as long as you play the account. A bundle stuffed with speed-ups does very little for a base that has nothing queued up to speed.

After the infrastructure, the Monthly Card is the usual next step for anyone logging in daily, since it pays out across the whole month rather than in one lump. Hero gear, skins and event bundles come after that — they are the fun purchases, not the ones that change how fast your account grows.

One more thing worth knowing: recharge spending feeds your VIP level, and VIP level gates its own set of privileges and limited rewards. So the order you buy things in affects more than the items themselves.

Custom Packs: Send Us a Screenshot

Not every offer in Lordrush appears on a product list. Event bundles rotate, some packs are priced and stocked per account, and the good ones often run for 48 hours and then vanish. That is exactly what a login top-up is for.

If you want a bundle you cannot find listed here — a $49.99 gift pack, a seasonal offer, anything showing in your own shop — message live chat with a screenshot and the exact pack name. We will quote it and buy that one. Give us a little lead time if it is on a countdown.

About Lordrush

Lordrush is a medieval tower defense strategy game from Century Games, the studio behind Kingshot and Whiteout Survival. You start with a ruined fortress and rebuild it: gathering wood, stone and iron, raising walls, placing and upgrading archer towers, assigning survivors as workers, hunters and cooks, and issuing decrees to hold order while the sieges get heavier.

Past the walls sits the part that keeps accounts playing: alliances, Bear Hunts, Castle and Outpost battles, cross-state competition and seasonal rankings. Progress runs on build queues, march queues and hero strength, and the competitive layer consistently rewards the Lords who cleared their bottlenecks early. Which is why the spending order above matters more than any single flashy bundle.
