Exploring the new Lahai-Roi map in Wuthering Waves Version 3.0 comes with a unique challenge: the Flight feature is restricted in this region. Players are instead given the Expedition Motorbike to traverse the icy landscape.
While the bike is fast on the ground, reaching high places can be frustrating without Flight. However, players have discovered a "Secret Tech" that allows for Infinite Double Jumps, effectively acting as a manual flight mode!
Why Use This Tech?
Since standard vertical mobility tools are limited in Lahai-Roi, this trick allows you to:
- Reach Infinite Heights: Technically, you can keep climbing as long as you execute the combo correctly.
- Universal Compatibility: This works with any Resonator.
- Easy Exploration: Bypass difficult climbing sections or reach high-up supply chests easily.
Step-by-Step Guide: The Infinite Jump Combo
The core concept relies on resetting your double jump availability by cycling between the Motorbike and the Gliding state mid-air.
Here is how to do it:
- Summon the Bike: Start by riding your Expedition Motorbike.
- Double Jump: Press jump once, then press it again to perform a full Double Jump with the bike.
- Dismount (Cancel): While at the peak of your jump, press the Utility/Echo key to cancel/dismount the motorbike.
- Glide: Immediately tap the Jump key to enter the Gliding state. This prevents you from falling too fast.
- Re-Summon: While gliding, quickly press the Utility/Echo key again to summon the Expedition Motorbike mid-air.
- Repeat: You are now back on the bike with your jump reset. Perform another Double Jump and repeat the process!
Important Notes
- Speed is Key: The sequence of "Cancel → Glide → Re-summon" must be done quickly. If you are fast enough, you will gain more height than you lose, allowing you to climb indefinitely.
