Monochrome vs Polychrome: What's the Difference?

This trips up a lot of new Proxies. Monochrome is the paid currency you buy with real money. Polychrome is what you actually spend on pulls, and you also earn it through gameplay. Monochrome converts to Polychrome one for one.

The reason the distinction matters: a few things are paid for in Monochrome directly, without converting first. So if there is something in the shop you want that takes Monochrome, converting your whole balance to Polychrome the moment it lands is not always the right call.
