Zenless Zone Zero Top Up

Top up Zenless Zone Zero on KeyGold and pay 15–30% less than the in-game price for Monochrome and the Inter-Knot Membership. We buy the item through the shop inside your own HoYoverse Account, so the first-time double bonus and any shop promotion running at the time apply exactly as if you bought it yourself. Most ZZZ top-ups are delivered in 5–30 minutes, 24/7.

How to Top Up Zenless Zone Zero on KeyGold

1. Choose a Monochrome pack or the Inter-Knot Membership and click Buy Now.
2. Enter your HoYoverse Account email, your password and the server your Proxy plays on: America, Europe, Asia or TW-HK-MO.
3. Pick a payment method and complete the payment.
4. Our team signs in, buys the item in the in-game shop and signs out. You get a confirmation email as soon as it is delivered, and the status updates in Order Record.

How to Find Your HoYoverse Account Email

1. In Zenless Zone Zero, open the menu and go to Settings → Account.
2. Tap User Center. The email linked to your HoYoverse Account is the one to enter at checkout.
3. Check that the UID in the bottom-right corner of the screen and your server match the account you actually play.

Signed up with Google, Apple, Facebook or X? Link an email to your HoYoverse Account and set a password first, under Account Security Settings at account.hoyoverse.com. We can only process orders with an email-and-password login.

Before You Place Your Order

• Verification code: keep your inbox open. If HoYoverse sends a login code, pass it to us in live chat within 5 minutes. You can also turn verification off before ordering and switch it back on once the items arrive.
• Stay logged out on every device (PC, phone and console) while the order is processing. Only one session can be active per account.
• PlayStation, Xbox and Steam players welcome. As long as your game is linked to a HoYoverse Account with an email and password, we top it up the same way as on PC or mobile.
• Change your password once the items arrive. It takes a few seconds and does not affect your order.

Buy Zenless Zone Zero Monochrome for Less

KeyGold is a cheaper way to top up Zenless Zone Zero (ZZZ): Monochrome and the Inter-Knot Membership at 15–30% below the in-game price, on the America, Europe, Asia and TW-HK-MO servers. The purchase is made through the shop inside your own account, so the first-time double bonus and in-game promotions still count. It is the easy way to stock up before a new Agent's Signal Search goes live.

Why Proxies Top Up ZZZ With KeyGold

• You pay 15–30% less for the identical Monochrome, delivered the identical way.
• Every in-game bonus still counts. It is a real purchase in your account's shop, not a redeem code from separate stock.
• 5–30 minutes, around the clock. New banner dropped at 3am? Someone is on shift.
• All four servers supported, with major global payment methods and local payment options in many countries.
• Live chat staffed 24/7 by real people, before and after you order.

Monochrome vs Polychrome: What's the Difference?

Monochrome is the premium currency in Zenless Zone Zero, and the only way to get it is to buy it. Polychrome is what pulls are paid in, and you also earn it from events, quests and redeem codes. Monochrome converts to Polychrome one for one.

Don't convert your whole balance the moment it lands. Agent outfits and some shop bundles are priced in Monochrome itself, so keep some unconverted if there is one you have your eye on.

ZZZ Monochrome Prices and the First-Time Double Bonus

Zenless Zone Zero sells Monochrome in six packs. The first purchase of each pack is doubled, and the bonus is tracked per pack: if you have only ever bought the 980 pack, the other five doubles are still waiting. HoYoverse also resets the bonus across every pack from time to time, most recently with Version 3.1. Ordering through KeyGold does not use up or change any of this.

One pull costs 160 Polychrome, and the last column counts whole pulls from the doubled amount. Prices shown are the standard US in-game prices; KeyGold charges 15–30% less.

Is the Inter-Knot Membership Worth It?

The Inter-Knot Membership is the monthly pass in Zenless Zone Zero, the counterpart to Genshin Impact's Welkin Moon. It costs the same as the 300 Monochrome pack ($4.99 in the US store) and gives you 300 Monochrome right away plus 90 Polychrome a day for 30 days: 3,000 in total, enough for about 18 pulls. That is ten times what the 300 pack gives you, or five times if that pack's double bonus is still unused.

Two things to know first. The daily 90 Polychrome only arrive when you open the game, and the reward resets at 04:00 server time, so a week away costs you 630 Polychrome. Extra memberships add days, not Polychrome: buying three keeps the 90 a day coming for longer, it does not raise it to 270. You can stack roughly six months ahead.

If you log in most days, it is the best value per dollar in the game. If you play in bursts around banners, a Monochrome pack with an unused double bonus may suit you better. Plenty of Proxies do both: the membership for steady Polychrome, and Monochrome when an Agent they want arrives.

How Many Pulls Do You Need? ZZZ Pity Explained

On the Exclusive Channel (limited Agent banner), an S-Rank Agent is guaranteed within 90 pulls, but it is a 50/50 between the featured Agent and a standard one. Lose the 50/50 and your next S-Rank is guaranteed to be the featured Agent, so the worst case is 180 pulls, or 28,800 Polychrome. Your pity carries over to the next Exclusive Channel.

The W-Engine Channel guarantees an S-Rank W-Engine within 80 pulls, with a 75% chance it is the featured one and 160 pulls at most. The Stable Channel (standard banner) guarantees an S-Rank within 90 pulls. Check where your pity sits before a banner and you will know exactly how much to top up.

What to Spend Monochrome and Polychrome On

• Encrypted Master Tapes (160 Polychrome each) for the Exclusive Channel and W-Engine Channel, where limited S-Rank Agents and W-Engines appear.
• Master Tapes (160 Polychrome each) for the Stable Channel and its permanent pool.
• Ether Batteries to refill Battery Charge when you are farming Drive Discs and upgrade materials.
• Outfits and shop bundles, paid for in Monochrome directly.

Bangboo are pulled with a separate currency, Boopons, rather than Polychrome.

About Zenless Zone Zero

Zenless Zone Zero is HoYoverse's urban fantasy action RPG, playable on PC (including Steam), PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, iOS and Android, with cross-progression when you sign in with the same HoYoverse Account on the same server. You play a Proxy in New Eridu, a city that survives, and profits, right next to the Hollows: dimensional disaster zones full of creatures called Ethereals. Combat is fast and combo-driven, and a new version lands roughly every six weeks, usually with a new limited S-Rank Agent in each half. That is why most Proxies time their Zenless Zone Zero top-up around the banner they are saving for.
